Each property has gorgeous orange roof tiles and a block paved pool and deck area, which makes the resort look very distinctive.

The community is situated 6 miles, or 10 minutes by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Walmart within 1/4 mile. There are also many golf and fishing venues within a few miles.

With approximately 160 houses High Grove is small enough to retain a lovely community feel, yet big enough to offer the facilities you would expect from a first class resort.
